Join us for weekly gaming events at Nexus! Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting, we have a spot for you. Compete in games like Rocket League, League of Legends, and Call of Duty. All matches take place in person at Nexus, where you’ll meet fellow gamers and have a chance to play in a casual, friendly environment.

About 3v3 Rocket League - Esports Social League:

Come play Rocket League in our weekly gaming league! Teams of 3 will be paired for weekly matches. Our tournament organizers will prepare the matches and enforce rules. Matches will be best of 5.

Any skill levels are welcome, but the teams with the best record will proceed to the playoff rounds. All participants will get a free T-shirt. This T-shirt will act as your jersey and must be worn on game days.

The platform will be PC. You may bring your own gear (mouse, keyboard, headset) or you can use the gear provided for you. You must bring your own controller if you wish to use one. You may use your own Rocket League account or one may be provided for you.

One substitute player is recommended per roster. Any player on the roster may play or swap in as an active player on match days and between matches. Any players not on the roster may not participate during playoffs.

Spectating:
Spectating is allowed, and seating will be provided for any spectators free of cost.

Rocket League Game Rules:

Match Duration: Best of 5
Overtime: If a match is tied at the end of regulation, it will go into overtime. The first team to score will win.

Team Composition

Each team consists of 3 players and can have 1 substitute.
All players must be registered and listed prior to the tournament start.

Match Setup

Game Settings:
- Match Length: 5 minutes
- Overtime: Unlimited
- Arena: Randomized or pre-selected by the tournament organizer
- Boost: Default (100% boost)
- Rumble Mode: Off (unless specified)

Player Conduct

Sportsmanship: Players are expected to maintain good sportsmanship at all times.
Communication: All communication should remain respectful. Toxicity or harassment will not be tolerated.

Cheating and Exploits

Any form of cheating, including the use of exploits or third-party programs, will result in disqualification from the tournament.

Reporting Results

Winning teams must report match results to the tournament organizer immediately after the match concludes.

Match Schedule

Teams must be ready to play at their scheduled times. A 5-minute grace period will be provided before forfeiture.

Come play League of Legends in our weekly gaming league! Teams of 5 will be paired for weekly matches. Our tournament organizers will prepare the matches and enforce rules. Matches will be best of 3.

Contact the Nexus staff if you want to learn how to play and compete for a future season. All participants will get a free T-shirt. This T-shirt will act as your jersey and must be worn on game days.

The platform will be PC. You may bring your own gear (mouse, keyboard, headset) or you can use the gear provided for you. Players will be recommended to use Discord for voice chat. Your own Discord account and League of Legends username will be required.

Two substitute players are recommended per roster. Any player on the roster may play or swap in as an active player on match days or between games. Any players not on the roster may not participate during playoffs.

Spectating:

Spectating is allowed, and seating will be provided for any spectators free of cost.

About 4v4 Call of Duty Black Ops 6 - Esports Social League:

Come play Call of Duty in our weekly gaming league! Teams of 4 will be paired for weekly matches. Our tournament organizers will prepare the matches and enforce rules. Matches will be best of 5.

Any skill levels are welcome, but the teams with the best record will proceed to the playoff rounds. This game will be newly released, and no prior experience will be required.. All participants will get a free T-shirt. This T-shirt will act as your jersey and must be worn on game days.

The platform will be PC. You may bring your own gear (mouse, keyboard, headset) or you can use the gear provided for you. Players will not need their own copy of Call of Duty Black Ops 6, the game will be provided. However, if a user has their own account information, it may be used. You must bring your own controller if you wish to use one.

One substitute player is recommended per roster. Any player on the roster may play or swap in as an active player on match days or between games. Any players not on the roster may not participate during playoffs.
